About Me

I went to an Ecstatic Dance UK review event last weekend, and the experience was deeply moving. It's a judgment-free space where you can move your body however it wants, from subtle swaying to full-on wild dancing. The music was eclectic and the facilitators created a safe container for emotional release. I left feeling lighter, more connected to myself and the community. Ecstatic Dance UK review 35
