After testing, I installed a radon fan in the basement. It involved drilling a hole through the concrete slab, mounting the fan in the attic, and running PVC pipe from the sump pit up to the fan outlet. The worst part was sealing all the cracks with hydraulic cement and caulk. Now the continuous suction is drawing soil gas away from the house and venting it safely above the roofline.
